Ideal Refinement Operators for Theories in the OI-implication Generalization Model

چکیده
Refinement operators for theories avoid the problems related to the myopia of many relational learning algorithms based on the operators that refine single clauses. Yet, the non-existence of ideal refinement operators has been proven for the standard clausal search spaces based on subsumption or logical implication, which scales up to the spaces of theories. In different generalization models constrained by the assumption of object identity, we extend the results on the existence of ideal refinement operators for spaces of clauses to the case of spaces of theories.

Spaces of Theories with Ideal Refinement Operators
Refinement operators for theories avoid the problems related to the myopia of many relational learning algorithms based on the operators that refine single clauses. However, the non-existence of ideal refinement operators has been proven for the standard clausal search spaces based on 0-subsumption or logical implication, which scales up to the spaces of theories. By adopting different generali...
متن کاملAn Algorithm for Inducing Least Generalization Under Relative Implication
Inductive Logic Programming (ILP) deals with inducing clausal theories from examples basically through generalization or specialization. The specialization and generalization operators used are mainly based on three generality orderings subsumption, implication and implication relative to background knowledge. Implication is stronger than subsumption, but relative implication is more powerful b...
متن کاملOn the Generalization of Interval Valued $left( in ,in vee q_{widetilde{k}}right) $-Fuzzy bi-Ideals in Ordered Semigroups
In this paper, we introduce a new sort of interval valued $left(in ,in vee q_{widetilde{k}}^{widetilde{delta }}right) $-fuzzy bi-ideal in ordered semigroups which is the generalization of interval valued $left( in ,in vee q_{%widetilde{k}}right) $-fuzzy bi-ideal and interval valued $left( in ,in vee qright) $-fuzzy bi-ideal of ordered semigroups. We give examples in which we show that these str...
متن کاملFrom torsion theories to closure operators and factorization systems
Torsion theories are here extended to categories equipped with an ideal of 'null morphisms', or equivalently a full subcategory of 'null objects'. Instances of this extension include closure operators viewed as generalised torsion theories in a 'category of pairs', and factorization systems viewed as torsion theories in a category of morphisms. The first point has essentially been treated in [15].
متن کاملON ($epsilon, epsilon vee q$)-FUZZY IDEALS OF BCI-ALGEBRAS
The aim of this paper is to introduce the notions of ($epsilon, epsilon vee q$)-fuzzy p-ideals, ($epsilon, epsilon vee q$)-fuzzy q-ideals and ($epsilon, epsilon vee q$)-fuzzy a-ideals in BCIalgebras and to investigate some of their properties. Several characterizationtheorems for these generalized fuzzy ideals are proved and the relationshipamong these generalized fuzzy ideals of BCI-algebras i...
